Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience:

  • Mada debit cards.
  • Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)
  • Digital wallets such as Apple Pay
  • Bank transfer (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery is currently unavailable

All transactions are processed through licensed and approved payment gateways in Saudi Arabia, and we do not store your credit card details.

Are prices inclusive of VAT? 

Yes, all prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise stated.

Will I receive additional charges after placing my order? 

No additional charges will be applied unless they were disclosed to you before completing your payment.

Is my payment information secure? 

Absolutely. All payment transactions are processed through licensed payment gateways, and we do not store or share your bank card details with unauthorized parties.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does order processing take? 

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of confirmed payment.

Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.

When will my order be delivered? 

Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days after your order has been dispatched. The exact timeframe depends on your location and the shipping provider.

Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia? 

No, we currently deliver only to addresses within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

What if shipping is not available for my order?

When shipping is unavailable, orders can be collected from the school premises within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll need to present your order number or proof of purchase at collection.

Are there shipping fees? 

Shipping fees vary based on delivery location, shipment weight, and any applicable promotions. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.

What if I provided an incorrect address? 

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete National Address. If an incorrect address causes delivery issues or additional shipping costs, these will be borne by you.

What should I do when I receive my order? 

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report any visible damage or missing items within 24 hours by emailing support.shop@fikr.edu.sa.

Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

Can I return or replace an item? 

Yes, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of receiving your product. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Which items cannot be returned or replaced?

The following items are non-returnable and non-replaceable:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., uniforms with embroidered names)
  • Socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
  • Products damaged due to misuse
Can I cancel my order? 

Yes, you can cancel your order before shipment or collection without any fees.

How do refunds work? 

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

What if I receive a defective product? 

If you discover a manufacturing defect not caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions, you may request a replacement, return, or repair even after the standard 7-day period. Contact us immediately at support.shop@fikr.edu.sa.

Account & Privacy

Who can create an account? 

Services are available to users aged 18 and above, or to minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

What personal information do you collect? 

We collect contact details (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails), student grade level, payment information, account credentials, transaction history, and device information. All data is handled in accordance with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

Do you share my personal information? 

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers like Shopify, payment processors, shipping companies, and when legally required.

How can I exercise my data rights? 

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request portability of your personal information. Contact support.shop@fikr.edu.sa to exercise these rights, and we'll respond within 72 hours.

Are my account credentials safe? 

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Never share your username or password with others.

Products & Pricing

Are product images accurate? 

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, specifications, and colors. However, actual product appearance may vary slightly from what's displayed on your device.

What if I see an incorrect price? 

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If you've already paid, you'll receive a full refund.

Can prices change after I place an order? 

Price adjustments do not apply to orders that have been completed and are awaiting shipment or collection.
