Introduction

Welcome to the Dar Al-Fikr School online store. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the policies of Dar Al-Fikr School.

1. General Provisions

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
  • Availability: All orders are subject to product availability.

3. Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is listed incorrectly due to a typographical error, incorrect pricing, or erroneous information, the school reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If payment has already been made, a full refund shall be issued to the customer.

4. Price Adjustments

The school reserves the right to amend or adjust product prices at their discretion. Such adjustments shall not apply to orders that have been fully completed and either not shipped or collected.

5. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty

Dar Al-Fikr School warrants that products are free from manufacturing defects and conform to applicable specifications.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered that is not caused by misuse or failure to follow care and washing instructions, the customer is entitled to request a return, exchange, or repair in accordance with the laws and regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This right applies within the legally prescribed period, even if the standard return or exchange period of seven (7) days has elapsed.

All claims related to manufacturing defects shall be subject to inspection and verification of the defect.

6. Accounts, Security, and Confidentiality

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information. Dar Al-Fikr School shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the user's failure to protect their account credentials.

The purchaser is responsible for retaining copies of the purchase invoice and payment receipt.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos (including the Dar Al-Fikr School logo), and images, is the exclusive property of Dar Al-Fikr Schools and is protected under the copyright and trademark laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the authorized courts of Jeddah.
