Shipping policy
Dar Al-Fikr School is committed to providing shipping and delivery services in a clear and transparent manner, in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in a way that protects consumer rights.
1. Shipping Coverage
- Where the shipping option is made available, orders shall be delivered to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping outside the Kingdom shall not be provided unless explicitly announced by the school.
2. Order Processing
- Orders shall be processed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of confirmed payment.
- Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.
3. Shipping and Delivery Time
- Delivery timelines vary depending on the customer's location and the designated shipping provider.
- The expected delivery period is two (2) to five (5) business days following order dispatch.
- The school shall notify the customer of any material delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
4. Order Collection (When Shipping Is Not Available)
- Where shipping option is not available, orders shall be collected from the schools' premises.
- The estimated collection timeframe is one (1) to three (3) business days from payment confirmation.
- Customers shall be notified in the event of any delay.
- The customer must present a valid order number or proof of purchase at the time of collection.
5. Shipping Providers
- The school uses approved and authorized shipping providers.
- The school reserves the right to change the shipping provider at their discretion for operational purposes, provided that such change does not affect the customer's legal rights.
6. Shipping Fees
- Applicable shipping fees shall be clearly disclosed to the customer prior to order completion.
- Shipping fees may vary based on delivery location, shipment weight, and applicable promotions.
- Where free shipping is offered, such offer shall be clearly stated.
7. Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibility
- The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete National Address.
- In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Any additional shipping or redelivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
- The school shall not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery.
8. Order Receipt
- The customer must inspect the order immediately upon receipt.
- Any claims relating to visible damage or missing items must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt by contacting: support.shop@fikr.edu.sa
- Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
9. Delays and Unforeseeable Events
The School shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Adverse weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Governmental or regulatory actions
- Failures or disruptions attributed to shipping providers
- Customers shall be notified promptly upon the occurrence of any unforeseeable event affecting delivery.
10. Discounted Products
- Discounted or promotional products are subject to the same shipping and delivery terms unless otherwise stated.
- Additional conditions may apply during promotional periods and shall be disclosed in advance.
11. Compliance with Applicable Laws
- This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and relevant regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Shipping delays shall not affect the customer's rights, including the right to:
- Return
- Exchange
- Refund in cases of defects or errors, in accordance with applicable law
