Refund policy

Overview

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the internal policies of Dar Al-Fikr Schools, the following outlines our Replacement, Return, and Cancellation Policy. Our primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction with their purchases.

1. Replacement Policy

  • Timeframe: Consumers are entitled to request a replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
  • Product Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received. Products must be in their original packaging with all price tags intact.
  • Inspection: The school reserves the right to inspect the product prior to replacement to ensure its condition.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid payment receipt is required.

Non-Replaceable Products

The following items cannot be replaced:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g., school uniforms with embroidered names)
  • Socks and underwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted or clearance items (final sale)
  • Products with defects resulting from misuse

2. Return Policy

3. Discounted Products and Promotional Offers

Terms and conditions regarding payment for discounts or promotional offers will be clearly stated prior to purchase.

Discounts do not affect the consumer's right to return or replace a product if a defect or non-compliance with specifications is proven.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers are entitled to cancel their order before shipment or collection without incurring any fees.

5. Refund Procedure

Upon Cancellation: Once returned products are received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

Refund Method: If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Manufacturing Defects and Warranty

The school guarantees that products are free from manufacturing defects and comply with specifications.

If a manufacturing defect is discovered (not caused by misuse or violation of care instructions), the customer may request replacement, return, or repair in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, within the statutory period—even if the standard 7-day return or replacement window has expired.

Requests related to manufacturing defects will be processed after inspection and verification of the defect.

7. General Terms

The school is not responsible for any costs resulting from misuse of the product.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or similar error, all associated costs will be borne by the store.
